.:: Top News Story ::. Pro Championship Wrestling is coming to Chico, CA! Finally the pro wrestling that we remembered fondly as a kid is back and is coming to Cal Skate. The days of saying your prayers and taking your vitamins may be over, but the time to watch larger than life characters entertain you and keep you on the edge of your seat certainly is not. Pro Championship Wrestling (PCW) has been in business for almost 12 years! The performers of PCW have steadily become the #1 source of family entertainment and athletic excitement in Northern California. This show will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced live, let alone watched on TV. PCW is not like what you see on TV. There’s no 20 minutes of talking here. Just fun, exhilarating action and entertainment that is unlike any other live performance you will ever witness. The athletes of PCW will be putting their bodies on the line, and giving you, the fans, everything they have. Why, you ask? Because, they just love doing it. Two guys that live for the opportunity to perform for PCW are actually Chico residents. Mitch Valentine and Shoop Shellhammer. Mitch and Shoop have trained hard for a long time, at the PCW Work Farm, and on November 6th, at Cal Skate, in Chico, they will finally have their opportunity! These two men will square off for the first time ever against each other! There is quite a size differential, and Mitch Valentine had this to say, “I’m 100 lbs heavier than Shoop, I’ve been training way longer, and did I mention, I’m way better looking!” When asked to respond to these comments, Shoop Shellhammer stated, “Mitch, nobody cares if you’re better looking or even bigger. This is my dream since I was a kid. And this is my opportunity, I will make the most of it on November 6th!”
